Our policy lasts  7 days. If 7days have gone by since the delivery of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since, All the gifts are customized and a video of gift is send before dispatching it from our end, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you found the gift damaged on receiving, Please send us an email at admin@briocards.com attaching at least 3 photos for approval. We will process for refund if it gets approved.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

To return your product,send us an email at admin@briocards.com . We will let you know the return address and instructions on how to return your item.
